The list is sorted first by the highest rating, and then alphabetically. Ratings range from 5 down to 1, with 5 being the best. A 0 means the vendor has not yet been rated. You may only vote once per vendor. To change your vote, just revote. Your new vote will replace your old vote. You can also click on the vendor's name to visit thier site.
